Associate Planning Director

We’re seeking the right person to work closely with our Planning Director to lead our team of talented strategists.

You’ll already be a natural strategic leader, experienced in being the go-to person for key clients, and will have nurtured junior planners in all aspects of the discipline, enabling their professional growth.

As an innately strategic thinker, you’ll lead the strategic relationship with some of our key clients, providing them with proactive plans to help their brands grow and responding to their evolving needs and challenges. We’re looking for someone with a track record in building strong and collaborative relationships with senior clients.

You’ll be excited at the chance to shape how our planning team thrives and operates within the agency, forging effective and close working relationships with senior leaders across creative, client services and agency management. As a member of our operations board, you will play an active role in the day-to-day running of the agency, influencing decisions in the best interests of both the business and our people. Having already led successful pitches , you’ll play an important role in agency growth, regularly publishing to raise the profile of Drummond Central and flying the flag for effectiveness in and out of the agency.
